WHOOT. I'm supposed to be getting 10 inches of snow today and tommorow. And you know what snow day means? early winter break!!! Yays! Anyway, if you been following my replies to Figmint's Rev.iew.me ratings, you'll know that I'm going to revamp Figmint! It probably won't take too long, but we'll see. Hopefully you'll like the new and improved Figmint even better. :D We'll be open during the revamp, but expect to experience some problems. |

Hallelujah! I've finally gotten to update figmint!
Much to my and your dismay, I am not yet free from the clutches of theatredom. There are two showings of the play I'm in, one later today and one tomorrow. I also have to be at the place of the showing for what...Nine hours? xP However, I really have to update for the sake of our hits and website idol, so here we go.
The majority of this past week was made attempting to create this user-lookup. x3 I hope you like it. Its called My Only Sunshine (after the song) and can be seen here.
I also made a beautiful petpage layout, christmas themed with red and silver and white, so I hope you like it as much as I do. You can see it here.

Figmint is going on an open hiatus this week because I'm going to be extremely busy. I'm in a play that will be on Saturday and Sunday, and I really think I'll be too busy and stressed out to make anything. You never know though...
Affies, don't expect to hear anything from me...I'll probably get on, but won't have time to talk to you. And Aashni and Zoe, I'll do my best to keep up with your competitions. This is going to be hard though. xP |

Today I partially decorated my tree...I want to buy s'more ornaments and get stockings for my cats later today so it'll look real spiffy.

Hey, hey, hey! Happy December everyone (it may actually snow soon *D)!
I've found the time to add content! Amazingly I made two horseland layouts which can be gotten from here. They aren't the most amazing creations of mine, but I hope you like them. The second one was made using a picture of a toy, but shockingly, it looks like the silhouette of a person. xD Enjoy! I'm working on a different style of horseland layout as well as some subeta and horseland banners. Don't go far! :3 |

Wow. I've either got one messed up sense of time, or these dates are wrong. Anyone know which one's true?
Anyway, somehow I used up all the time in today very efficiently and managed to get nearly nothing done. o_O I'm kind of frusturated. I planned out everything I'd do today and determined it would take one and a half hours and loook. t took eight hours. T_T Anyway, I added the first horseland graphic of its kind, and maybe I'll be making some horseland layouts too. -is trying to attract a whole new crowd- But alas, time is short. I have a play in two weeks, methinks, and I have practice almost every night until late, so I probably won't be on much. You could say this is a minihiatus that really isn't a hiatus, just a busy time without many updates. Hear that affies? I hope you do, because I'm too worn out to tell y'all. |

Happy belated thanksgiving everyone!! I visited some relatives yesterday and we found a dying bird. -shrugs- I also finished reading Twilight for the third time and went to a Baskin Robins for the first time in a bazillion years. I thought they were all out of business...
I added a nice dull brown and blue dotted background yesterday too, and I just put up a really great website layout. Its blue, and I'm working on a golden one. You can see the finished one here. Edit: I added the golden layout and noticed it looks a bit funky on some computers. Hopefully it'll look like it should on yours. |

Sorry for my past couple day absence. With twilight opening it was a little crazy, but it was worth it. For some reason our hits are linked disturbingly closely to the days when content is added, and since our hits dramatically dropped yesterday I made three icons. They're pretty simple, but I hope you like them. I'm also writing a tutorial, so look for that later. :3

Rather stupidly, I deleted the news from earlier today, so I'll rewrite it here.
I hope you like the new skin! There were some problems with the site yesterday that I've fixed, so you should have any trouble accessing the content and you'll be able to access the content in peace. I'm jazzed to make some plans right now.
Soccer season is pretty much done, and since thats what tied me up all last...month...I should have lots more time now. I only have a play to worry about. :1 I'm setting some expectations right now, so feel free to bombard me with tomatoes if I fail to live up to them. First off, I'm going to write more tutorials. I love to write--Whats with me? We need more of that good educational stuff. Also, I'm adding subeta and horseland stuff as soon as I can. And finally, I will add at least three pieces of content a week. Hopefully more. But we'll see. And before I forget: I didn't put up the link for the latest tutorial, so I will right now, and I am adding a kumos banner. | |

I'm so sorry guys
I can't believe I waited so long to update. Well, I shall explain myself to justify my absence. First off, I have to fill like...six or seven requests? Thats like six guild layouts, which is a lot. That took the better part of a couple days...Then I also have soccer, and this past week I had it almost every day and until late at night too. P: Then also I have a spanish project, regular schoolwork, and even a play I'm going to be in...Good news is after October I shouldn't be so busy and I think I'm past the worst of it already. Also, I joined subeta and twas exploring that. I'll have more subetian content soon, but as compensation for my poofing I made a morostide banner and a subeta site layout. Also, I made a glitter (Not very amazing)...And I'm working on some tutorials...Thats it for now. x)

I bring great news of great joy. Today I added three enter signs (a whole new type of content), as well as two very nice backgrounds. If you haven't noticed, I'm getting rid of the image link navigation for the prettier text and text kind.
I am feeling simplistic, and kinda depressed because I remember the best site that ever existed in the universe (WHY DID YOU KILL IT!!??)), smashed-crayon. ;_; Anyway, I might find the energy to make another skin later today, fueled by my admiration of that website...And here's one of the enter signs ad a background:

First off, sorry for being a bumchum and not updating lately. P: I had family over and was busy with school and stuff and time just passes way too quickly.

So. I was lazy yesterday so I didn't post any news, but here's what I added.
I made one spiffy downloadable toolbar, and two tutorials. The first is just some tips about running and making a website, and the other is about PHP includes. I hafta go write a book now, but soon I'll be making a tutorial on my special self invented 'cutout' technique in photoshop, and a...something else I forgot about. xP Enjoy the skins! All the bugs should be worked out now.

So yeah, another update today. But this one is pwnsome!
You see, after some thinking on my part and about a half an hour of layout making I managed to make figmint skinned!!! In case you don't know what that means, it means that you can now select which layout you want to use whilie visiting figmint. Its mad cool and a major accomplishment on my part. I made a plushie skin, so you can currently choose from that one and this one, but check back soon and maybe there'll be three skins! 8D And I also added a Harry Potter icon and two great 404 signs.

I've got LOTSA stuff to say, so sit down. Yush, don't stand at your computer. First off, me making our site have php files instead of html files went real smooth. If there are any broken links, then report them since there shouldn't be.
Second, my feet hurt. I just wantid to say that. THHIIRD. Tommorow is Labor Day. That means a couple things. One, there is no school for me tomorrow. So den I might be able to add and make more content. Two, today being the LAST day for the SOTM, it ends tomorrow, and the winner will be announced! And awareded. Since it takes a while to add affiliates to every page (and I don't have a very time efficient way of doing it) I've decided to implement a thingy about your site button being added and stuff:
The application form is not checked every day, but if a week passes without any notification of whether you have been accepted or rejected, and figmint is not on hiatus, then you may apply again. I've been getting a little worried about the SOTM. I need eight more sites to enter in 3 days. If you know anyone who owns a site, could you mention the sotm to them?
On a lighter note, I'd like to say that I added two brush packs. One has about five splat brushes and the other 15 hand-drawn pictures of things ranging from animals to the sky to guitars. They're my first brushes that people can download. If there are any problems, please comment. ^^ | |

I've begun advertising and searching for staff members and potential co-owners. I found one staff, but we haven't gotten to talk since so it may have fallen through...Time will tell.I made a proboard that all members have to create a account on so they can submit stuff to the site. Its here.

The index page got deleted. I knew that the hosting service was having problems, and I knew something was wrong because this page wasn't loading. I can only hope all those problems are gone now.There is now a backgrounds page, and a petpage layout page. I'm working on more petpage layouts at the moment, and also an affies and staff page.
